Professional telephony for you small business

Benefits

Minimise impact and control your costs

By combining a PBX and a router, the purchase and installation costs are dramatically lower than any other office system.

The system integrates with existing ISDN and POTS telephone lines as well as Safeserve’s business VoIP service, and opens the door to a wide range of options for selectively routing calls over different lines, further minimising both up-front and ongoing costs.

Expand more flexibly

Unlike many telephone systems, there are no licensing issues, so you can grow your business without worrying about the cost implications of expanding your telephony solution.

Keep yourself online

The Draytek Vigor series supports two internet connections, so connectivity can be maintained in the event of a fault on one.

Feel confident

As with any service from Safeserve, you are buying confidence and peace of mind. We will survey, schedule, install, and support you throughout the whole setup period and beyond.

Why Draytek Vigor?

The Economy of Integration

The VigorIPPBX 2820 offers a complete replacement to the traditional office phone system and analogue or ISDN lines. An IP PBX uses your existing network and the internet to provide company-wide telephony, using VoIP technology instead of regular phone lines or a traditional PBX.

In a pure IP environment, the VigorIPPBX 2820 is installed onto your LAN together with IP telephones, such as the VigorPhone 350. All devices are connected over your LAN using your existing ethernet network connections.

Existing Lines

If you already have analog or ISDN lines, these can be integrated into the system too. The 2820 can handle one analog line and two ISDN 2e lines, and the 3510 a mix of eight analog and eight ISDN 2e lines.

Savings all round

You save on wiring, duplication of equipment and on calls. And your business gains from using an efficient easy-to-use system.
